Our Panettone is made with natural yeast. Inside you wilo find the real surprise, a greedy addition to the dough made of candied sour cherries soaked in our Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. A slow and natural leavening make this Panettone healthy and easily digestible. So why eat it only on Christmas?

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied sour cherries 23% (sour cherries, glucose syrup, sugar), butter, fresh egg yolk from free range hens, cane sugar, water, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), Balsamic Vinegar of Modea (cooked grape must, wine vinegar) 2%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavoring (vanilla beans). It may contain traces of other nuts, soy and mustard.
